My husband and I were hoping to purchase our first home, but thought we would have to wait awhile longer to do so. The purpose of this correspondence is to provide a testimonial for Mike Petetit my wife Tina and myself Paul Woodley had decided to purchase a home in Lake Havasu city Arizona we had been looking through all the real estate magazines and became more confused from them one day while walking through the swap meet we ran across a realtor by the name of Michael Petetit we explained to him exactly what we were looking for in a house he immediately started to show us houses that met our criteria we had completed our camping trip in Havasu and was leaving to go home and Mr. Petetit called us and said he had a house we had to see it was about 6 o’clock at night and against our better judgment we went to see the house on our way out of town it was the perfect house for us and met our criteria Michael basically helped us through the whole process and in purchasing a house and insured we were educated in all facets of purchasing our house we both felt due to Mike’s hard work very comfortable in purchasing our home it was the perfect home and he met all of our criteria.

I have known Mr. Mike Petetit for several years and during that time have found him to be a super nice guy, great at his craft and a true friend. My wife and I bought our home through Mike, and we all know how sticky it can be working with friends, especially while searching for a home. Not so with Mike. Michael Petetit, is a very knowledgeable and compassionate realtor. We bought our home in Lake Havasu city three years ago.
